FROST BITE from ASTHMA PUMP?

i know this is a stupid thing to do but it seemed a gd idea at the time. I have 5 dark red marks, which are quite dry nd sore, and a few a slightly risen from the surface on my left calf. This was thru pumping my astma inhaler onto my calf for 15 to 20 pumps at a time. The skin went frozen nd white for a few seconds and then thawed. Have i got frost bite? or is it not serious? this was about a week ago and the marks have not gone down. ALSO DOES ANYONE NO HOW TO GET RID OF IT OR SOOTHE THE PAIN? Thnx for your help.
