What does tragic with a capital c mean?

I'm a big mcr fan, there are some phrases they make that I don't quite understand. what does that phrase mean? what do the different letters mean? cuz i've heard a few. they also say in their song, "My Way Home Is Through You", well i've got about seven different shades of ****. so what's your favorite color, punk? what exactly does that mean?
