What do you think of my starting team?

First off, Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre is ironic haha. I think you have a good team. Aaron Rodgers will put up another 4000 yard year. Brett Favre is still 50/50 about coming back this year. I personally don't think he should because I don't think he could put up the same numbers as last year and that he should just leave on a good note. Brandon Marshall is still going to put up 1000+ yards being Miami's only real reciever threat. I would expect Sidney Rice to get around 700 yards or so if Brett Favre doesn't return, and because Bernard Berrian is back for more playing time. But then again, you have both of them. Holmes has a 4 game suspension, but besides that with a steady quarterback should have a decent year. Stephen Jackson could go either way. The rams still have a shaky o-line and their ping isn't a threat. so Jackson could probably get around 1100 yards I would think. I believe Ricky Williams is sharing carries with Ronnie Brown so don't expect too much from him. Good set of TE's execpt Antonio Gates has had some foot problems, but if nothing too serious happens he shuld have a good year. Not too sure about the Kyle Orton pick. The Broncos picked up Brady Quinn so they could try him also at quarterback. And since the departure of Brandon Marshall, Orton doesn't have as strong of a recieving core. Im really tired so I'll just move on to question 2 haha. Definetely put Jerome Harrison in. I just feel a good year from him. Coming off his first year of really full playing time. And for Cotchery, the Jets now have Santonio Holmes and Braylon Edwards so he'll probably be playing the slot WR, but while holmes is suspended he could see more catches. And yeah, I'd put in Antrel rolle for Chris Crocker.
