Is it bad when others ingest your blood?

The other day I was unloading my dish washer when I cut myself but because of a car accident I was in a few months back I don't really have feeling in my left hand, so I didn't notice till an hour or so that there was dried blood on my hand so as soon as I noticed i went to find the knife that could have cut me (there's nothing else that I touched that could have cut me) and i noticed my roommate had used a knife so I looked through the set of knives we have and none appear to have blood on them so I'm just a bit worried he might get sick. It has been a few days now and he hasn't mentioned anything and I don't have any blood condition that are harmful, so I guess my questions are, is it bad to consume other blood and should he go see a doctor?
