Should i stay or should i go?

I have been with the same guy for 3 years..and i think we are realdy to go to the next level..he asked me to marry him 2 years ago, but now says he does not want to marry..however..he WILL not go away for even one day! He had a stoke 1 year ago, and i took care of him..completely..he has about 85% recovered..and now wants to move to a new city..without me...i want to throw him out of my life, but he will not go away, I love him very much, but i am not getting any younger, and i feel that i proved myself to him by standing by him, when no one else would..he is confusing me to extremes..one day he wants me the next he wants to move away..what do i do with this guy?
