A tube of canesten cream burst on me and i may have ingested a small amount? help!?

as i was cleaning up the mess i somehow got a very small amount on my lip and swallowed it, will i be ok? the instructions say to call A&E immediately but it was only a small amount and what would happen anyway? it wa about half the size of a pea? thankyou! x
