Why does Obama tell Americans to vacation in the gulf or in the south and he vacations in the north?

Is this "do as I say, not as I do" or because he's POTUS, he can tell us what to do and not follow his own advice? Or, is it because he's POTUS he can do whatever he wants, whenever he feels like it for whatever reason he wants? Are we in a dictatorship now? Does he care about the economy or that his offshore drilling policies are putting more people out of work in an already bad economy? Or how about the fact that he approved $2B to be sent to PetroBras, the Brazilian offshore drilling company that drills to 1,600 feet as opposed to the 500 feet we drill here in America? What about the fact that we will now be more dependent on foreign oil and exports as opposed to making money from our exports? What about the fact that some foreign companies wish the demise of America and now we will be dependent on them as well? With more jobs being lost everyday, how can we afford it?
