Are those good specs for a bike i need to commute back and forth from my accommodation to uni?? plz help?

all the above size of bike is only thing must have couple of inches of top tube when standing over bike both feet on the ground. cant give a price as in ozz but check out bike shops then look for a third of price for second hand also look out on notice board at the uni student union etc as student might be unloading a bike make sure you know your size, while at bike shop get on some different size bikes. ask which one fits you they will advise.
